Appointment Booking

Mind & Body Day Spa always welcomes any and all walk-ins upon availability.
To secure your requested spa time and treatments, we recommend you schedule an appointment in advance due to the popularity of the services.  Credit card details are required for spa packages booking.
If you will be attending the spa with a voucher, it is a good idea to mention it so that the spa can advise you of any policy that may affect its use.

Spa arrival 

To maximize your experience, please check in 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.  This allows time for a personalized consultation and time for relaxation.  We regret that late arrivals may not receive the full benefit of services provided.

Cancellation

In order to provide our guests with earliest possible appointment times, we require a 48-hour cancellation notice for all multiple  service packages booked, and a 24-hour cancellation notice for all other services.   Any cancellation less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the full service charge.  No shows will be charged 100% of the full service charge.  However, we understand that emergency situations do arise and we will accommodate you in best way we can.

Guest Satisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with any service, please call the spa within 5 days.

Refund

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our Guinot products. If you decide that it is not the right product for you, and provided that 1⁄2 the original amount of the product is unused, we will gladly exchange it for another product or spa credit of equal value within 7 days of the original purchase.

Service and Pricing

Mind & Body Day Spa reserves the right to change Spa rules, regulations, or service and pricing at any time.

Mind & Body Day Spa retains the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason.

Personal Articles

Mind & Body Day Spa will not be responsible for any lost or stolen articles or items on premises.

Gratuity

Gratuities are not included in the price of services or packages.  Gratuities are graciously accepted by spa personnel.  If you wish to show appreciation for a job well done or service enjoyed, gratuity envelopes are available at the reception desk when you check out.  Our recommended standard gratuity for spa treatments is 15% to 20% of the service fee.  Gratuities may not be added to credit cards, or gift cards.

Gift Certificate & Gift Card

Please inform us when making an appointment that you will be redeeming a gift certificate/gift card and provide the gift number.  Must present gift certificate/gift card to redeem.  Gift certificates/gift cards will not be extended beyond the expiration date, which is one year (365 days) after the date of purchase.  Mind & Body Day Spa is not responsible for lost,  stolen or destroyed, and void if altered gift certificates/gift cards.  Gift certificates/gift cards are not transferable, non-refundable or redeemable for cash or credit.  Mind & Body Day Spa reserves the right to amend and terminate the terms and conditions without prior notice.

A full service charge will be incurred for any late cancellations or a no-show appointments.

Spa Voucher

Voucher must present at the time of redemption. Limited one voucher per visit & per service. Not valid on weekends or holidays. Cannot be combined with any other specials, discounts, gift certificates or gift cards. Vouchers are not transferable and non-refundable or redeemable for cash. Voucher will not be extended beyond the expiration date, which is 60 days after the date issue. Safeguard your voucher, damaged or lost will not be replaced. Mind & Body Day Spa reserves the right to amend and terminate the terms and conditions without prior notice.
